INDOOR FIREWORKS (SPARKLERS), DRY ICE SMOKE: - 1. We offer a unique package and the flexibility to create your own custom package, as to have the Wedding FIREWORKS (SPARKLERS), DJ, MC & DRY ICE SMOKE the way you desire it. 2. Book early to avoid disappointment. However, we also do accept last minute bookings. 3. METHOD OF PAYMENT To secure your date for INDOOR FIREWORKS (SPARKLERS), DRY ICE SMOKE – WEDDING AND SPECIAL EFFECTS or WEDDING DJ AND MC HIRE, a booking fee of $...200........is required. 4. Balance for the coverage must be paid one month prior to the wedding. REFINDOOR FIREWORKS (SPARKLERS), DRY ICE SMOKE: - 4. Balance for the coverage must be paid one month prior to the wedding. REFUND POLICY: THE BOOKING FEE IS NOT REFUNDABLE. 5. Down payment is necessary to secure your event time and date. Your booking will only be confirmed once we received your deposit. 6. If the hirer cancels after booking, the deposit and all other monies paid are non-refundable. 7. Prior notice is required for the changes of time and date. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays at the venue. 8. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the venue and get approval before the booking. No money will be refunded if we are forced to cancel due to the venue’s request. 9. The client understands that, although our team takes proper safety precautions when using and storing the Dry Ice and Sparkle machines, we expect guests to stay clear of the equipment and parents to supervise their children. 10. All of our Dry Ice and Sparkle packages include a trained operator for up to 2 hours. For any additional hours, the client must pay $150 per hour. We highly recommend having the first dance straight after the cake cutting. 11 Client must pay a re-scheduling fee of $100 if there is any change of the location, date or time of your booking. 12. “It is hereby expressly agreed and declared that the Studio is the owner of copyright in all proofs and photographs & Videographs taken pursuit to this Order.” The negatives or any digital images remain the property of the studio. 13. Studio will advertise the photos and videos in magazines, websites or Facebook unless you provide a written letter not to do only before the event. 14. Accordingly, client acknowledges that the Special effect and services shall not be subject to rejection on the basis of taste or aesthetic criteria and THE BALANCE FOR THE COVERAGE IS NOT REFUNDABLE.
